Digital Dental Radiographs

Many diseases of the teeth, surrounding tissues, and bone cannot be seen when the dentist examines your child's mouth. Dental radiographs provide valuable information that can help the dentist make a decision about your child's oral health and treatment needs. They help the dentist see areas of decay between the teeth or around existing restorations, bone destruction from tooth infections, effects of trauma, the position of the unerupted adult teeth. At Poplar Bluff Children's Dentistry we use digital dental radiographs (x-rays) exams which uses very low levels of radiation which make them safe for your child!
